When a ticket is purchased, KDK Events processes the payment, deducts the platform and processing fees, then issues tickets to buyers on your behalf. Net revenue is paid out to you according to your payout settings.

Yes — within your event settings you can decide if tickets display fees separately or if you absorb them into the ticket price.

As the organiser, you are responsible for refunds and cancellation policies. KDK Events can provide technical tools to issue refunds, but the decision and financial responsibility lie with you.

You can send messages, updates, and reminders to your attendees directly through the platform.

Yes — you can set up promotional codes, early bird pricing, and special ticket types.

As the event organiser, you are the “Data Controller” of attendee information you collect through ticket sales. You must comply with GDPR and be transparent with attendees about how their data will be used. KDK Events processes personal data on your behalf as a “Data Processor” and only for event ticketing purposes.

We charge: • A 5% platform commission on each paid ticket sold • A payment processing fee (approx. 4.5%), covering card transactions These fees are incorporated into the ticket price and are passed on to attendees

Ticket prices include a platform fee and payment processing fee.
